Well, I had to replace the cistern mechanism, and to my surprise, after unpacking everything and assembling it, it turned out to be too high! NO PROBLEM! They told me to come back tomorrow and they'd fix it, either by discarding some unnecessary parts or by considering other options. Honestly, a 10 for both the service and the materials! I'll come back whenever I need them! ;-)

They are super friendly, yesterday I went to get a piece of the gas stove, they didn't have the same one but they found me one that would work and on top of that they explained what I had to do to stop the gas from coming out, today I went to get a gum, and they also explained to me how I could get the piece that broke off and stayed inside out, I hope nothing else breaks 😂 but if it does I won't hesitate to return to their store, I give them a 10

I'd especially like to highlight their friendly staff. They're very helpful, and they'll help you with any questions you may have. They'll try to resolve any issues you may have if they can. Regarding the materials they sell, I must say they're of very good quality and at a good price. If you're looking for a hard-to-find part, they have it, and if they don't, they'll find it and bring it to you. The store is spacious, tidy, well-ventilated, and has plenty of space. Above all, there's quick parking upon arrival. It's wheelchair accessible. And best of all, if you've purchased a heavy load, you can drive your car inside the warehouse and they'll automatically load it. Great people, professionals, and a great place if you're looking for a store specializing in plumbing.
